I have been studying professional supervision since autumn 2025 in a training programme aligned with the requirements of the Finnish Association of Supervisors (STOry) at Careeria, Porvoo.
The programme includes monthly on-site and online instruction, 1.5 hours of peer group work per month, 51 hours of training supervision (1 hour = 45 minutes), and 80 hours of supervised practice in supervision. The topic of the final project must be confirmed by 9 February 2026. The final project of the programme is 10–15 pages in length, and the final submission deadline is 30 August 2027.
