In 2014–2015, I completed the full minor in management (both basic and intermediate studies) offered at the University of Helsinki. After some initial challenges, I gained a solid grasp of management studies. I was fortunate to have excellent instructors, from Paul-Erik Korvela, who at the time was researching management at the University of Tampere, to Timo Aarrevaara, who is now affiliated with the University of Lapland. The studies focused particularly on public management, which I later examined more closely during my Master of Administrative Sciences studies at the University of Lapland.
